A specific customer service center supports each member. We do this to ensure personalized service for every member. You can contact us several ways:

1. Check the back of your membership card for your specific customer service phone number.
2. Log into My Health Toolkit® to access information about your benefits. Once you log in, you also can select Ask Customer Service at the top of the page. From here, you can send a secure message directly to someone familiar with your benefits.
