Enrolling with BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina and BlueChoice^® HealthPlan is easy. Use My Provider Enrollment Portal 2.0 to submit new enrollment applications for a practitioner or group, or to submit certain maintenance requests (i.e., adding a network, removing a location, etc.).

We encourage you to review the available resources below to ensure you are prepared to provide all the required information to submit a clean application. As a reminder, only clean applications can progress through the enrollment process.

Note: On June 9, 2025, we launched a new version of the portal to enhance the efficiency of your provider enrollment experience. If you have not already done so, register a new account for the portal to submit applications.

Call Provider Services at 800-868-2510 and when prompted, say you are looking for help with Provider Enrollment. You will then have the option to say you need the status of an application or assistance with enrollment. Both will allow you to speak with a representative.
